Black Butler
Black Butler is an anime series that features a 13-year-old boy by the name of Ciel Phantomhive. He is the head of the Phantomhive noble family, because his parents suffered a horrible death, leaving only him left. Ciel has a demon butler, Sebastian Michaelis, who is compelled to serve Ciel because of a contract he made with Ciel. Sebastian plays as Ciel's butler who takes care of him and also removes anything from Ciel's life that could hurt him.
Black Butler is a great series, it's supernatural in many ways, and it's also pretty goofy sometimes. There are all sorts of things from grim reapers to demons to hellhounds. This series is tv-14 though, so I wouldn't recommend it to kids under the age of at least 13. It can be bloody at times, and hard for younger people to understand, especially with the series being in Japanese. I would recommend it to a lot of people otherwise though.
Sherlock
In this version of Sherlock, John Watson, back from being a war doctor in Afghanistan, meets Sherlock when looking for a flat mate. Sherlock realises this and makes John his new flat mate even though John does not know him well. It wasn't too soon before mysteries, murders, and crimes start happening that Sherlock brings John along to solve. Together, John and Sherlock continue to solve many mysteries and cases involving crime of some sort.
I'd suggest Sherlock to anyone who likes crime investigation, dective stories, or mysteries. Sherlock is the British BBC version of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes. This show can range from serious feelings to humorous, to suspense and also sadness. It's a great show, although it is only currently 2 seasons long, the third being commentary episodes. The fourth season will be coming out at some point though, so if you watch it, stay tuned for the fourth season! Sherlock features two great actors: Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.. who play as Sherlock and John Watson. I highly recommend it to everyone, it's worth watching and sticking around to see the fourth season.
